Outside Push Dribble
Little-Toe Taps
This is how you run fast and still keep the ball. Your foot does not have to turn.
Study holds every step and names it. Flow runs them together at speed. Space bar plays and pauses; arrow keys step one frame.

OUTSIDEPush the ball with the little-toe side of your right foot.

OUTSIDEDo not turn your foot out. Run normally.

OUTSIDETouch it again with the same foot. Then again.

OUTSIDENow try three touches with your left foot too.
