First-Touch Wall Pass

Wall Ball

Your first touch is the most important touch you will ever take. A wall will practise it with you all day.

Study holds every step and names it. Flow runs them together at speed. Space bar plays and pauses; arrow keys step one frame.

    INSIDEPass the ball at the wall with the inside of your foot.

  2. 2

    INSIDEAs it comes back, let your foot go soft.

  3. 3

    INSIDETake the ball sideways, not straight back.

  4. 4

    INSIDENow pass again from where the ball ended up.

Soft foot. Take it sideways into space.

Watch out

  • A hard foot, so the ball bounces off you.
  • Stopping the ball dead every time instead of moving it.
