Elastico
Flip-Flap · Akka · Snakebite
One foot pushes the ball one way and snaps it back the other. It is so fast the ball looks like it is on elastic.
Study holds every step and names it. Flow runs them together at speed. Space bar plays and pauses; arrow keys step one frame.

The five pictures from the book
Ball just outside your right foot. Someone square on, two steps away.
Practise it — Elastico on the spot
Standing still, 30 slow reps each foot. Only then add a run.
Coach says
Roll your ankle. Do not swing your leg. It all happens below the knee.
Watch out
- Pushing the first touch so far that the snap-back cannot reach it.
- Doing it slowly. An elastico that is not fast is just two touches.
